Biography

David Deimel, 23, is currently studying at the University of Vienna. He also works as a student assistant on various projects at the Department for Biomechanics, Kinesiology and Computer Science in Sport of the University of Vienna. His bachlor´s thesis was about loadings on the anterior cruciate ligament during three different rehabilitation exercises. (forward walking, backward walking, Squat) The data was recorded using the Nexus Vicon Video System. Musculoskeletal simulations were done with OpenSim. He completed his bachelor in August 2021 and is now studying in the masters program.
