Celebrating Biomechanics! 🥳
On April 10th, we proudly celebrated the National Biomechanics Day in Austria – a global initiative bringing the fascinating world of #biomechanics to high school students and teachers.
Launched in 2017 by Dr. Paul De Vita, National Biomechanics Day has inspired young minds in over 45 countries. In Austria, we joined this movement two years ago.
This year’s events took place at both the Universität Wien and the Universität Graz, where students got hands-on experience exploring how science meets movement through cutting-edge research and interactive demos.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make this day a success – and to the next generation of biomechanists, we hope to see you again soon!
