Biography
Viktoria Reiter, aged 24, is currently enrolled as a student in the teacher’s program specializing in Physical Education and English. At present, she is engaged in the development of her bachelor’s thesis, which delves into the examination of the ramifications of sports involvement on injury, particularly focusing on hip pain. Her research will entail a comparative analysis between healthy individuals and those afflicted with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome, a debilitating hip condition stemming from an amalgamation of femoral head-neck junction asphericity. Viktora is currently evaluating how medical imaging and 3D reconstructions of the femoral head and acetabulum can explain symptoms in people with hip pain. Viktora is assisted in her work by Dr. Basilio Goncalves and Dr. Hans Kainz.
